About the trainer
Sport and training have been part of my life for over 15 years. I swam competitively for eight years, and for the past seven years I have been dedicated to strength training, building muscle mass, conditioning and long-term physical fitness.
As a personal trainer, I help people build a stronger, more functional and aesthetically balanced body through structured training, clear guidelines and regular progress tracking. My approach is not based on quick fixes, but on discipline, consistency and a programme that fits into real life.
Alongside coaching, I work as a software developer and am the founder of UnitLift - a platform for personal trainers and their clients. That is why I place great emphasis on organisation, measurable progress and a clear system of work.
